Gin's Tour
A few kilometers from Bolgheri is the"Relais le Fornacelle", our headquarters, immersed in the Tuscan countryside.
To make known the origin and history of our product it is possible to book guided tours with tasting
of Gin's and the products of the vinegar factory located inside the structure.
Our tour includes:
collection of some of the botanicals present in the Relais
visit to the Acetaia of Castagneto
tasting of products with guided sensory analysis
cocktail with cutting board
